BALLET CLASSES

are designed to enhance plasticity and stamina, improve posture and overall appearance to make you look elegant in every way you move.  Contrary to popular belief there is no age limit for starting ballet classes and if you are thinking of joining us, we will assign you to the suitable group. Our classes are completely authentic and unique.  It’s a combination of UK recognisable IDTA syllabus and Russian Vaganova’s Method. This approach helps our students to dance harmoniously and become one with the music. All classes are designed to provide most efficient structure suitable for the students with different level of experience and contain both exam syllabus exercises, barre and centre combinations to enhance ballet technique. Duration of classes may vary from 60 to 90 min depending on a group. It may seem too intense at the first glance, but our students get used to such routine very quickly, which makes classes more effective.

PERFORMANCES

are held twice a year: at Christmas and at the end of year.  This is an important stand-alone part of dance education where children learn how to perform in front of an audience and how to deal with backstage moments that only professional dancers know.  Performances improve confidence like nothing else. Ovation, beautiful costumes, elegant hairstyles, and preparation itself help them feel like real professionals creating unforgettable memories. It is an opportunity for our students to get to know children from different groups during performances and potentially make friends. Performance is a perfect way for parents to see what their children have achieved and for the little ones to continue learning by watching older children perform as well as comparing their own progress from one performance to their next one. We use various styles of music to create our choreography, and it can be anything from polka to modern pop. This is what makes our performances mesmerizingly beautiful and memorable.

PRIVATE CLASSES

are designed for those who wish to learn the art of dance in a more detailed approach. We provide several types of such classes:

- Preparation for IDTA ballet exams - it is suitable for those who require an individual approach and for those striving to get better results;

- individual classes for those who need to improve their knowledge of choreography;

- wedding choreography for couples, designed specifically for the type of music they choose;

- private classes for adults to help them be comfortable with their bodies;

- or to prepare choreography for special occasions which could be in different music styles.

These types of classes have to be booked in advance. Private classes are available at any time including half terms and holidays. Discount of 10% for a block of three or more classes is available.  Classes could be arranged either at your home or at our venue.

FITNESS DANCE BALLET

is for performing aerobics and ballet. It is suitable for adult beginners. Classes include basic ballet exercises, floor exercising and stretching and are perfect to make you feel fit and active. This is not only a great way to stay healthy but also a wonderful experience of doing something fun in the group of likeminded people. A cherry on the top is the fact that fitness dance workouts also have a pronounced fat burning effect. The ultimate goal of our fitness dance ballet classes is to gain health and keep it for years to come.
