We collect the following details of the child as well as of the parent/carer at the time of registration by filling in the Elena Mitreva Ballet School Application Form in paper version: Student’s First name, Last name and Date of birth Parent/carer’s First name, Last name, phone number and email address. Additional mobile number and name of the second person for emergency contact. To monitor attendance the teachers are maintaining records in a designated journal which are updated at every class. The above information is obtained for the purpose of timely communication of all the updates to the services and policies of Elena Mitreva Ballet School. Students Attendance Records will be shredded and disposed of every two years. All video recordings used in media for advertising will remain in the public domain unless requested to be deleted.
