Dear All,
We would like to provide you with important information regarding our upcoming annual gala performance. We kindly request that you carefully read through the following information details from top to bottom.
Here’re few key points you need to be aware of
GENERAL INFORMATION
All students are required to style their hair at home by tying it in a knot on top of their heads. Hair clips and bands should match the colour of their hair. Accessories such as bijoux (including colourful hair accessories) or nail varnish are allowed.

All children are expected to wear costume before arriving at the event. Girls should wear pink ballet tights and pink ballet shoes. It is important that their underwear does not show beneath the dress. It is recommended to wear skin-colored underwear with a high waist and high leg cut. If needed, we can provide professional panties for purchase at £11 each.
- Please ensure that the ballet tights are in good condition, without any tears, and properly stretched over the thighs. If your ballet shoes have laces, tie them into a bow and secure them tightly to the shoe.
COSTUMES
Costumes are available for rental upon payment of a £40 which must be submitted via PayPal info@emballetschool.co.uk (we recommend using the ‘friends and family’ option, which allows us to process refunds more quickly) by the 25th of June. The deposit includes a non-refundable rental fee of %20. Upon the return of the costume, £30 will be refunded promptly.
However, if the costume is damaged, the entire deposit of £40 will be retained.
Costumes will be given away during the week of June 26th to July 2nd. After the performance, kindly return the costume in its original packaging at the following lesson.

The audience is requested to purchase the tickets for the show.
Please present your ticket in either a printed or electronic format upon arrival at the performance.
To ensure a smooth experience for everyone, we kindly request that you take your seats in strict accordance with the assigned seating mentioned in your tickets.
If you have a buggy, we recommend booking an aisle seat for your convenience.

PHOTOGRAPHY QUIDELINES
We permit the audience to take photos of the performance; however, we kindly request that you consider the comfort of those seated behind you and avoid obstructing their view. Please, refrain from standing up or moving around during the show. Furthermore, we ask that you refrain from posting any photos or videos on social media if they contain identifiable images of other children. We have arranged for a professional photographer to capture the event, and you will have an opportunity to view and order those photos at a late time. If you have taken any photos or videos during the performance, we would greatly appreciate it if you could share them with us.
