Learning is most powerful when the body and mind are still discovering the world. Childhood is the time when many foundations can be laid at once, and what is learned then becomes part of who you are — shaping and guiding you for the rest of your life.
Learning is not meant to be comfortable, and practice is not meant to be easy.
Challenge is the soil where growth takes root.
Rest will always find its moment, but the years of formation do not wait.
If they pass unused, too much is lost — and much of it can never be fully regained.
