General Information:

All participating children will meet at around 3:30 pm in front of Ealing Christian Centre, W5 4UB. We will confirm the exact meeting time closer to the event.

Please make sure your child arrives on time, as the doors will close after the group enters. Late arrivals may not be able to join the rehearsul.

Parents may supervise their children during the event. However, parents must provide their names in advance so we can add them to the guest list. Performers and designated supervisors do not need to book tickets.

However, if any family members, friends, or supporters would like to attend, they must book free ticket in advance.

During the ceremony, all participating children will remain in the audience until the event ends.

Commitment:

Participating in this event will require dedication and a responsible attitude from all involved.

As the Autumn Term starts on 8 September and we have a short preparation period before the ceremony, participating children must attend all classes from 8 September onwards without absence.

We understand that unexpected situations may arise. However, please keep in mind that regular attendance will help the children learn and rehearse the performance confidently as a group.

Costumes:

We will provide costumes once you have paid a £45 deposit, which includes a non-refundable £10 rental fee. We will promptly refund the remaining £35 once you return the costume in good condition.

If the costume is damaged, we will retain the full £45 deposit.

Costumes will be distributed on a first-paid, first-served basis.
