Ballet Exam Participation Poll

Dear Parents,

We’re kindly asking for your response to this short ballet exam participation poll.

We are planning for the upcoming Ballet Exams, which are scheduled to take place on Saturday, 4th October at Haven Green Baptist Church.

Please let us know if you would like your child to take part in the exam by selecting one of the options below.

EXAMS FEES

• Rosette L1 – £22.00 (Double Performance)
• Rosette L2 – £22.00 (Double Performance)
• Pre-Primary – £ 25.00
• Primary – £29.00
• Grade 1 – £34.00
• Grade 2 – £37.00
• Grade 3 – £40.00
• Grade 4 – £43.00

Please note that the exam fee must be paid by the 7th July in order to secure your child’s place. A late payment will incur a £10.00 fee.
