PRE-BALLET PLUS 4 YRS+

The Pre-Ballet Progress Group supports young dancers who are ready to develop their ballet skills in a more structured and focused way, while still learning through creativity and enjoyment.

In this class, children follow the Rosette Awards syllabus. Alongside working towards recognised ballet achievements, lessons build confidence, discipline, and a clear sense of progression. At the same time, classes develop posture, coordination, musicality, flexibility and balance. We also introduce children to the ballet technique in an age-appropriate and supportive environment.

Alongside exam preparation, children take part in performances, where they learn simple choreography, stage awareness, and teamwork. These experiences build confidence and allow young dancers to enjoy the excitement of sharing their dancing with others.

This group suits children who learn quickly, enjoy a challenge, and feel eager to develop their ballet skills further. The class lays a strong foundation for future ballet training while keeping the joy of dance at the heart of every lesson.

Therefore, these classes are a perfect way for young dancers to build strong foundations through structured training, recognised achievements, and joyful learning.

First class is free for every new child.

• Please do not buy a uniform for this class or use uniforms from other schools and associations. If you would like your child to wear a ballet leotard, please contact us—we can arrange an order for you or lend a second-hand leotard for the trial class.
