OFF-SITE PERFORMANCE SUPERVISION FEE

The Off-Site Performance Supervision Fee covers the additional time, organisation, and responsibility required to safely accompany children to activities where parents are not present.

What the Fee Covers

Your Off-Site Performance Supervision Fee includes:

• Safe supervision throughout the entire event

• Support with costumes, hair, preparation, and warm-ups

• Guidance and reassurance to help children feel confident on stage

• Travel management and group organisation

• Safeguarding and child protection responsibilities

• Time spent accompanying and caring for the group

• Immediate communication with parents if needed

Who Should Pay This Fee

This fee applies when:

• A child attends an event, performance, or trip without a parent or guardian

• Parents cannot accompany the group

• Extra supervision is required for travel or off-site locations

If a parent attends the event and stays with their child, the supervision fee is not required.
