As the stage is ready and excitement builds, please carefully read the following important information regarding the performance on Saturday, 31st May.

Stage is Ready. Key Notes for the Performance

PARKING & ARRIVAL

Due to the BBQ event taking place on the same day, parking will be extremely limited. The car park will be closed, except for accessible parking spaces, so we kindly ask all families to use public transport where possible.

Upon arrival, please congregate by the GREEN GATE in the car park, located on the left-hand side of the theatre.
Children will be taken backstage through the green gate.
Parents are not permitted to accompany children backstage.

COSTUMES & ESSENTIALS

  • Children must arrive wearing their full costume and ballet tights.

  • Hair should be styled at home, with the ballet bun already in place. There will be no time for hairstyling on-site before the performance.

  • Please pack ballet shoes and a water bottle in a plastic bag—these are the only items children may bring with them backstage.

🚫 Not allowed:

  • Jackets or coats

  • Jewellery or wristwatches

  • Mobile phones

  • Snacks of any kind

Rent Costumes

AUDIENCE INFORMATION

  • Theatre doors open at 12:00pm

  • Performance begins promptly at 12:15pm

All children will be seated in the first row of the audience area before their stage time.
To avoid disruption, please do not call your child to approach you after you are seated.

📸 Please note:
Photography and video recording by the audience are not permitted during the performance.
A professional photographer has been arranged to capture the event.
You will be given a link to view and order the photos afterwards.

Reserve a ticket

AFTER THE PERFORMANCE

  • The performance will last approximately 1 hour.

  • After the show, please exit the theatre via the MAIN ENTRANCE (same as arrival) and go to the green gate to collect your child.
