About this event

Dear Parents,

We are excited to invite you to a special, informal concert designed especially for our youngest dancers.

Understanding that performing in front of a large audience can be overwhelming for them, we have arranged a smaller, more intimate event at a familiar venue. Your children will have the opportunity to dance on a mini stage, accompanied by more experienced dancers from other groups who will serve as inspiring examples. This relaxed event will allow the children to perform and play between dances, fostering a fun and supportive atmosphere.

Refreshments will be provided, offering a chance for everyone to socialize and get to know each other better. We hope you will join us for this delightful occasion and celebrate the joy of dance with our talented young performers.

Here’re few key points you need to be aware of

GENERAL INFORMATION

  • Guest and participants arrival: 5:00 PM – 5:10 PM
  • Costume distribution and preparation: 5:10 PM – 5:20 PM
  • Start of the performance: 5:20 PM
  • Performance ends; costumes collection: 6:00 PM

There will be no set program for the concert; participants will perform in the order they choose. During and between performances, you are free to walk around, talk, play, take photos, enjoy refreshments, and socialize.

Everyone will have the opportunity to order snacks and drinks for an additional cost. You can view the menu here.

We would like your children to feel like valuable participants in a great ballet event. Therefore, please style your child’s hair into a ballet bun at home. Hair clips and bands should match the colour of their hair. Please, refrain your child from wearing accessories such as bijoux (including colourful hair accessories) or nail varnish.

COSTUMES

Girls should wear pink ballet tights and pink ballet shoes for the event. It is important that their underwear does not show beneath the dress. It is recommended to wear skin-colored underwear with a high waist and high leg cut. If needed, we can provide professional panties for purchase at £10 each

Costumes will be given away on July 1st upon arrival at the event.

Please make sure your child doesn’t damage or stain the costume while eating, drinking, or playing around.

Kindly return the costume in its original packaging at the end of the event.

Please note that entry tickets will be required for the event.
Adults: £7.50
Children not participating in the concert – £5.50
Children participating in the concert – free admission

PHOTOGRAPHY QUIDELINES

We permit the audience to take photos of the even; however, we kindly request that you consider the comfort of the audience and avoid obstructing their view. Please, refrain from standing up or moving around during the childrens performing. Furthermore, we ask that you refrain from posting any photos or videos on social media if they contain identifiable images of other children without their parents consent. We have not arranged for a professional photographer to capture this event, and if you have taken any photos or videos during the even, we would greatly appreciate it if you could share them with us.
